Store credit is a simple way to use an available credit balance toward a future AtheroCare order.
If store credit has been added to your AtheroCare account, it can be used at checkout when you are signed in to your customer account, or when using Shop Pay. Shopify store credit is applied as a payment method at checkout, not as a discount code.
What Is Store Credit?
Store credit is a credit balance linked to your AtheroCare customer account.
It may be issued in certain cases, such as:
Order adjustments
Approved refunds to store credit
Customer support resolutions
Special account credits issued by AtheroCare
Store credit is not the same as a discount code. You do not need to enter a code to use it.
How To Use Your Store Credit
To use your store credit:
- Visit the AtheroCare website
Go to www.atherocare.com
Or www.wholesale.atherocare.com if you have a wholesale account. - Add your products to cart
Choose the products you would like to order and continue to checkout. - Sign in to your customer account
Use the same email address linked to your AtheroCare store credit. - Go to the payment section at checkout
If store credit is available on your account, you should see the option to apply it at checkout. - Apply your store credit
Select the store credit option to use your available balance toward your order. - Pay any remaining balance
If your order total is higher than your available store credit, you can pay the remaining amount using another available payment method.
Important: Use The Same Email Address
Your store credit is connected to your customer account.
To access it, you must use the same email address that the credit was issued to. If you use a different email address at checkout, your store credit may not appear.
Can Store Credit Be Used With A Discount Code?
In some cases, store credit may be used alongside other payment or checkout options, but this can depend on the checkout settings and the type of offer being used.
If a discount code does not work with your order, please check the terms of the offer or contact our support team before placing your order.
Can Store Credit Cover The Full Order?
Yes. If your store credit balance is enough to cover the full order total, it may be used to pay for the order.
If your store credit does not cover the full amount, you will only need to pay the remaining balance.
What If My Store Credit Does Not Appear?
If your store credit is not showing at checkout, please check the following:
You are signed in to your AtheroCare customer account
You are using the same email address the credit was issued to
You are not checking out as a guest
You are at the payment section of checkout
Your store credit has not expired, if an expiry date applies
