1x Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor.

1x Universal arm cuff: Fits 22cm to 42cm size arm.

1x Storage bag.

3x AAA batteries included.

1 - Insert 3x AAA batteries into the monitor.

2 - Wrap the cuff around your bare upper arm, 2–3 cm above the elbow, with the tube facing down and the artery mark over the inside of your arm.

3 - Sit upright with feet flat on the floor. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is level with your heart.

4 - Relax for about 5 minutes before taking a reading.

5 - Press the Start/Stop button. The cuff will inflate and then slowly deflate.

6 - Wait for the reading to appear on the screen. It will show your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate.

7 - To take another reading, wait at least 3 minutes before pressing Start/Stop again.

8 - When finished, remove the cuff and switch off the monitor.

9 - Store the monitor and cuff in a dry, safe place.

Only a physician can tell your normal BP range. Please contact a physician if your measuring result falls out of the range. Kindly note that only a physician could tell whether your blood pressure value has reached a dangerous point.

Please note that the device does not replace a cardiac examination, but serves to detect pulse irregularities at an early stage.

Store the monitor and cuff in a dry, safe place.
